RUMEX FREE SAMPLES

To establish long-term partnership with every customer RUMEX gladly offers to try RUMEX instruments by receiving Free Samples of reusable items.
You may choose 2–3 instruments* to get an experience of RUMEX products.
Delivery of samples is subject to a fee and is carried out at standard shipping rates. 

Being customer oriented company we constantly work on improvement of our products and expansion of product line, based on surgeon’s feedback. We kindly ask you to share with us any feedback after the instrument is used: a video record of a performed surgery with the item, or a short written feedback based on your experience.

 *Please note:

  1. Only “in-stock” items are available as free samples.
  2. High-cost instruments (e.g. Diamond knives and etc.), “special order” items are not available as free samples.
  3. The requested items as free samples are a subject to replacement in case they are out of stock or coincide with point 2 mentioned above.
  4. The quantity of requested items as free samples can be a subject to change.
  5. All the requests are processed within a business week, the final list of free samples will be confirmed with every customer directly.
  6. We ship samples only within Europe.
