 1.      Please, inspect the package for any damage. If you find any issues, fill out a delivery company claim form and take photos of the damaged packaging and contents to support the claim or contact with us to open a claim if you use RUMEX delivery account

2.      Provide the courier service with the filled claim form and photos or forward it to RUMEX team to open a claim if you use RUMEX Delivery  account.

3.      Please, send the copy of the claim to RUMEX Customer Service Department.

NB: We kindly remind you that all shipped orders over $/€ 1000 are insured by default. Please note, that by declining the insurance, you assume the responsibility for any damage or loss.

    For the international shipping:

    You’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
