This year’s Congress put a strong focus on the future of ophthalmology, with dedicated sessions on artificial intelligence and robotics, new approaches to presbyopia and glaucoma, emerging technologies, and practical surgical techniques.

For RUMEX, this congress was an opportunity to introduce a new generation of ophthalmic instruments to the international ophthalmic community, including the CAIRS Treatment Set, developed in collaboration with LWVI, USA. Designed for manual corneal intrastromal ring segments implantation, the set offers an approach that can eliminate the need for a femtosecond laser.

Our portfolio also featured instruments developed in close collaboration with renowned ophthalmologists, including Dr. Zaldívar and Dr. Botbaev, bringing their surgical expertise and practical experience directly into instrument design.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, took a closer look at our instruments, shared your experience, asked questions, and gave us valuable feedback. And a special thank you to everyone who chose RUMEX instruments – we are glad to be part of your surgical practice!
