Please check the products immediately upon the receipt, all claims (related to product appearance, count, package, etc.) shall be accepted within 10 business days after the delivery. Products that passed through the income inspection can be returned within 14 days free of charge for any reason and without justification. Please make sure that the items are in their original, undamaged condition. Sterile and disposable products, instruments damaged beyond repair, special orders, discontinued and sale items are not subject to returns. 

To return the order please fill the RGA form.

If your order does not correspond your expectations we will gladly offer a replacement of your product to another one or 100% refund.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by RUMEX, all shipping costs will be waived.
