Please check the products immediately upon the receipt, all claims (related to product appearance, count, package, etc.) shall be accepted within 10 business days after the delivery. Products that passed through the income inspection can be returned within 14 days free of charge for any reason and without justification. Please make sure that the items are in their original, undamaged condition. Sterile and disposable products, instruments damaged beyond repair, special orders, discontinued and sale items are not subject to returns. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return the order please fill the RGA form.
